Still Accepting Applications

Earlier today I was reading the latest post on Mama Likey's blog and it got me thinking about about a position I was hiring for back in January.

As I said on Mama Likey's blog, this year I found an almost and a not quite, but still no Spot On.

Just wanted to put that application out there again for public review.

God, patience is a virtue.

Nat. Seriously,,, all this patience must mean there's something fabulous at the end of the rainbow.

And thanks for the props on the pic. Cha cha. I like it!

Patience is something you admire in the driver behind you but not in the one ahead.

Keep looking, he's out there.

I ended up here from Mama Likey's blog, just so you know since you have no idea who I am. I saw the post you left on her page and her response about a UK fan.

It's a shame I came in the 5'8" with a kind heart catagory and 1 year, an interest in fashion (obviously, though I don't always look like this picture), and catholicisim short of meeting the requirements for the position. If I had met the requirements though, I would have applied.

Do you get as tired about hearing about the pay off of patience as I do? I am still optimistic, I think that the wait is worth getting it right, I have not seen a happy ending to most of the people who rushed into things I have known.

Keep a stiff upper lip, it'll all turn out for the best. There you have Jeregano's 2 unasked for cents.

T- yes, patience kind of sucks when you want something so bad. But considering the alternatives, I guess I've got all the time in the world.

J- Welcome to the blog. I'm always looking for new people to read about... Scientist, eh? So you're a Kentucky fan? We need to stick together in Cincinnati. Some of 'em don't like us on this side of the river...
