Foodie Confessional

After weeks of living like a high roller, I've decided to pare down the consistency of my dining at local restaurants.

Take a look at today's menu:

Breakfast:
Nutri-Grain Bar (blueberry)
Few swigs of Diet Sprite out of the two-liter in my fridge
$.35 cup of coffee/vanilla latte out of the office coffee machine

Lunch:
Vanilla fat-free pudding cup
Special K cereal bar with chocolate drizzle
100 calorie snack pack - some sour cream and onion flavored variety
100 calorie snack pack - Ritz Bitz snack mix

Snack:
Venti fat free/sugar free caramel Frappaccino from 'bucks

Dinner:
Entire bag of Snyders honey mustard and onion pretzel bits
Heath bar
Diet A & W root beer (like that's really gonna make a difference at this point)

I think I was eating healthier when I was consistently dining out.

i know what you mean. trying to lose a few before i have to see my entire extended family for my cousin's wedding in a few weeks. the grapes, green tea and banana combo didn't cut it for dinner so i came home and ate way too much. must find balance..
